Once you have an idea of your guest numbers we can help you choose how many tents you need and what tipi (or teepee!) hire option is best for you. All of our tipis are supplied by Tentipi AB of Sweden. They are ideal for use in all seasons and for all types of event.

LARGE

The Giant Hat is the largest of all our tents and forms the backbone of most tipi events. Any number of our Giant Hats can be linked together, to create a single covered area. This allows us to create a bespoke space, exactly the right size for your event. Each Giant Hat has capacity for around 70 seated and 100 standing guests, and measures 10.3 metres in diameter.

MEDIUM

Although perfect as a stand-alone tipi (for a cloakroom or children’s play tent) the Cirrus 40 really comes into its own when linked to a Giant Hat. Accompanied by a log fire and our soft furnishings, the Cirrus 40 can be transformed into an intimate bar area or reception space. The Cirrus measures 8.5 metres in diameter.

SMALL

The Little Hat is a useful addition to our larger tipi (or teepee!) hire options. It measures 5.5 metres in diameter and does not have sides, which makes it perfect for barbeques and hog roasts. Made of the same material as our other tipis, it makes a great feature on a lawn and is very popular as a food and drink serving station, or as an outside undercover seating area.

WIT provided us with an incredible four-hat tipi plus cirrus for my daughter’s wedding. Putting up tipis in December is pretty challenging as the ground is wet, but the WIT team put our tipis up very quickly and efficiently. They looked fantastic on the wedding day and all our guests were completely bowled over by the effect. Right down to the last fairy light, everything was perfectly sorted out and provided. The tipis were warm and dry and looked very atmospheric. The WIT team then took everything down again two days later and cleared up brilliantly. Nobody at the wedding had ever seen a tipi before and they were very impressed.
